The biggest trap in manifestation? Waiting for proof first.
Welcome to the proof loop limbo.
The “I am legitimate to do this and that because I’ve achieved XYZ” narrative that the industry is screaming across the internet.
It is safe, linear, and marketable, but also very limiting.
Legitimacy comes from the past, the 3D.
The “it’s already done and gone” energy.
So repetition is programmed in advance.
The problem is this:
Manifestation works exactly the other way around.
“I can do this because my intuition, my higher self, or whatever moves me right now’ feels pulled to do it, even if there is no logical reason and no proof I can do it yet.”
The calling becomes the legitimacy. It is non-linear.
I have never gotten anything extraordinary, for me, out of asking:
“What’s realistic?”
If I had listened to what most people told me, I would never have immigrated to Germany with no money, no plan, and no language, carrying the dream at the time of studying and becoming a filmmaker or screenwriter. I changed my mind later after interning on set.
I had quit school at 16, and there was a huge gap between what I wanted and what was real.
I remember scrubbing toilets as a hotel maid and watching students walk to the Hamburg campus, wishing I could be one of them, spending my days thinking, reading, and writing.
Years later, I studied at that exact campus. The same one where I once stood thinking, “I wish I were one of them.”
Legitimacy can’t be brought into your manifestations, if you want to significantly transform something.
If it helps you a little, imagine this:
What if your legitimacy came from hundreds of years of learning across several lives, not just this one?
The problem with non-linearity is that it is a very uncomfortable place to be.
There is nothing to back you up except your own knowing.
You can extrapolate that to everything in your life. Everything.
Money. Health. Body. Relationships. Projects. Dreams.
If you wait for the 3D to prove you are on the right track, you will keep manifesting exactly what you do not want to see in the 3D.
Rinse and repeat.
And if you are an obsessive thinker, always looking for proof, here are a few ways out.
First, embrace the obsession and go deeper
until you have built an explanation that makes sense to you and calms your mind. No one has the answer. There are only many possible answers. Fabricate one that works for you.
Second, step out completely and do something different for a while.
Keep your mind and body busy with something slightly challenging that interrupts the mental loop. Getting into the body helps, but it has to involve effort or novelty.
If you are a jogger and tend to overthink, try something else. Climbing. Snorkeling. Learning a new card game. Whatever challenges you.
Third, shift and play a game.
Step out of the “I must be authentic, perfect, coherent, non-judgmental, fully sourced, endlessly backed up, and quote everyone who has spoken on this in the last 3,000 years before I am allowed to say that water is wet” mindset.
Stop taking it so seriously.
Give your best.
Lead with your heart (and not that doesn’t mean being nice).
And give yourself a fucking break.
Until next time,
M
PS: If you want to
• name what you feel but can’t quite articulate
• reconnect to intuitive intelligence without bypassing the mind
• shift out of subtle freeze into aliveness
• think clearly without collapsing into overthinking
• access desire without pressure
• Create (manifest) from a grounded and sovereign identity, rather than from fear.
