You can wear your shiniest outfit to go for a run: You’ll still have to fucking run.
Most meaningful shifts in your life?
Subtle.
Not flashy.
Not quantum-the-shit-out-of-your-life.
Not “Queen of the Universe” overnight.
They look more like this:
– Saying no without guilt.
– Feeling sadness without collapsing.
– Holding space for incoherence without ignoring it nor losing your shit over it.
– Loving yourself without making it a project.
– Letting someone not like you, feeling the sting for a sec (or not), but not making it mean anything about your worth.
The list is endless.
And no, this isn’t a post telling you to play small and humble yourself.
Quite the opposite.
The stronger your inner foundation, the bigger the space you can hold.
And that means: flexibility.
The problem with the grandiosity of the coaching bubble?
1. False promises.
Yes, you can have a profound shift in one session.
But unless you actually move your ass, meet the discomfort in real life (whether energetically or in action — or both), nothing will change.
You don’t have to hustle. And you don’t always have to take actions.
But you do have to hold yourself through the discomfort of shedding the old skin.
2. Too much noise, too little depth.
A tool or method
won’t do shit if you don’t understand how things are connected.
Even the bubble is slowly catching up now: parts work, trauma-informed, nervous system rewiring. Cool.
But let’s be real: if the whole approach is predictable, the brain and body are going to shut down anyway.
If someone already asked themselves that “why” question on repeat, and that would help, they’d be doing it by now.
Meaning: the entry point must shift. And that’s different for everybody.
3. Black-or-white thinking and missing the timing.
“Mindset sucks!”
(Mindset just means your current state of mind. It could mean everything or nothing.)
“Affirmations don’t work!”
(Oh, they do. Once you stop using them to bypass, and after knowing what actually needs to be shifted and start using them to reinforce. They’re intentional frequency setters.)
“Go to your deepest shadow before you move!”
(Or move simultaneously, out of your healing cave and into interaction.)
“Just act from your highest timeline/highest self and everything will work out!”
(Sure. And take care of your anxiety first. You can shift during a crisis, but that takes training.)
“Take actions!”
(Yes. But in the right direction. And not everything requires physical action.)
“Silence the inner critic! No wait, listen to it, it’s protecting you!”
(Sometimes you need to quiet it. Sometimes you need to hear what it’s trying to protect.)
“Comfort your inner child! No wait, that won’t do shit for you!”
(Inner child work can help, but it’s not the holy grail. If you dissociate often, it might not even land.)
„Top-down doesn’t work. Bottom-up only.”
(Just… no. I’ve healed traumatic memories through journaling alone. No breathwork. No EMDR. No vagus nerve hacks. Just depth, clarity, and a pen.)
Everything can work.
And nothing does. Unless you actually live through it.
Without distracting yourself with „someone knows better“
Without falling into another thousand-year healing cycle.
And with awareness of what to do when.
That’s not a framework.
That’s presence.
After 18 years of relentless inquiry, searching for the perfect approach, I’ve found one truth:
There is no single answer.
But this much I know:
Inner leadership + timing (not “divine timing,” but yours. Which might actually be the same… different convo) is key.
Which means: stop outsourcing your power.
To systems.
To methods.
To people.
The more you’re willing to be with what is,
the less you need shiny distractions to stop the work just in the moment where it starts to land.
And the lighter you’ll move forward.
Yes, even when you’re facing things like:
– “Deep down, I don’t think I deserve what I want.”
– “If I look at this, I might collapse. Okay: positive vibes only! No wait! That’s spiritual bypassing. No wait, let’s look at my ancestors.”
– “Sometimes I think coaching is bullshit and only helps people who would’ve figured it out anyway.”
– “I feel like a fraud selling coaching, after being in high-ticket containers that were just… normal. Wrapped in big words. What if I am the same for my clients?“
You get it?
That’s where the real deep-shit transformation lives.
The sustainable kind.
If you want a space where you can be yourself…
Not performing for your coach because you’re afraid you can’t open up.
Not fluffed into a thousand years of „everything is perfect the way it is.“
Not talked down to like a 3-year-old with a “bad mindset.”
You know where to find me.
This is the work before the quantum.
The quiet before the shift.
The yes you feel before it makes sense.
One message away.
Until next time,
M
